Yes. Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation, and you can reactivate your account during that time with nothing lost. After 90 days it is permanently deleted (GDPR).

Yes. From Settings → My data you can export all your client records (CSV) and bookings at any time, free of charge.

Yes, BetterSport is GDPR compliant: EU hosting, a record of processing activities, right to erasure, data portability and a designated DPO. All our processors (Stripe and others) are compliant too.

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). BetterSport never stores card details. 3D Secure authentication is enabled by default.

Only you. Your clients are never shared with other coaches or used for prospecting. Our support team accesses your account only at your explicit, logged request.
