How to choose the right calculator

Each family of tools corresponds to a type of objective. Running if you prepare a time or structure your heart zones. Bodybuilding if you want to calibrate your loads and schedule your sessions. Body composition to assess your state of fitness and set a course. Nutrition to manage your energy on a daily basis and during training.

Why separate calculators?

All calculations start from simple measurements (height, weight, age, sex, activity level) but answer different questions. The VMA calculation gives a speed in km/h that can be used to calibrate a split. VO2 max gives a physiological potential in mL/kg/min. BMR gives your energy at rest. The TDEE the total energy of a day. Knowing each indicator means managing your progress without approximation.

Precision and limits

All our calculators use the reference equations (Mifflin–St Jeor for BMR, Karvonen for cardiac zones, Epley/Brzycki for 1RM, etc.). These formulas are scientifically validated but are based on statistical estimates: never replace medical advice or personalized coaching on the basis of a single calculation.
